Project Overview

Innovation program focused on designing digital products for audit and insights. I led the team to scope pain points in SME audit workflows, translate them into product requirements, and deliver a concise prototype plus a business case that connects value, feasibility, and adoption.

What I Did

  • Team lead: aligned scope, timelines, and division of work; kept the narrative crisp for judges.
  • Discovery → definition: stakeholder mini-interviews, workflow mapping (risk planning, evidence, reporting).
  • Product design: information architecture, permission model, and lightweight KPIs for an audit assistant (AuditX).
  • Prototyping: click-through demo with core flows (upload → risk highlights → suggested workplan → export).
  • Prompt/flows: drafted reusable prompt blocks and fallback logic for explainable risk hints.
  • Business: target segments, pricing sketch (SaaS vs. private deploy), and a staged go-to-market outline.
  • Delivery: packaged slides/checklists teammates could run, and facilitated a short live demo.

Reflection

This sprint reminded me that product is an end-to-end craft: discovery, flows, and business story must land together. Leading a mixed team (mostly audit backgrounds) taught me to translate technical choices into testable controls and adoption levers. If iterating, I'd run a tighter pilot plan with success metrics (turnaround time, review effort, explainability rating) and a sandboxed private deployment to reduce data-security friction.
